The Frieza Force is long gone, but Arcosians (Frieza’s species) are resurging, carving out icy empires called the Cold Dominions. Buu’s legacy lives on through bizarre, chaotic “Buuites,” strange beings that thrive as marauders and mystics. And piracy, once rampant, now struggles against emerging galactic states.
