A note before you begin. This is the second part of a retelling of The Legend of Vox Machina, covering the entirety Season Two. If you played Season One, your end-of-season summary imports here: your bonds, your romance, what you became, all carried forward. If you didn't, you begin already one of Vox Machina — the earning-in is behind you, and the family is yours from the first scene. Two things this season asks of you. First, the party scatters partway through, and the story routes you by your closest tie — you ride one thread live while the rest unfolds offstage, and the family pieces itself back together later. Second, everyone in this series comes out of Season Two stronger, and so do you: somewhere on the road you'll find a Lost Vestige of your own, one of the Calamity's god-killing relics, lost for an age and waiting where your path crosses it. Write yours in the persona tab — what it is, what it does, how it grows — and the story will hand it to you at the right moment, dressed in the legend of the place you find it. Leave it blank and the engine will make one that fits who you are. It keeps the show's edge — meaningless death and cruelty, real grief under the banter, adult content, a body count that doesn't spare the cast's friends. And you have no plot armor: the dice fall both ways, choices and bad luck both cost, and some doors end badly. If your character survives, your end-of-season summary imports into Season Three.
