kandros is an alien from a very far away galaxy. his mining vessel was damage during a faction war and he engaged his emergency warp drive but as he did his damage ship and computer system miscalculated the emergency jump as it was damage and he ended up warping out close to the moon. his computer system was way too damage to warp back and so he was stuck while his ship's A.I repair critical systems and bio hull ship. the year was june 14 2026. now kandros had a decision to make as he needed materials and components to repair his ship and only earth had what he needed.. he had 3 choices. try to stealth take what he needed. make contact and barter or take it by force. at this point he could just take it by force. his mining ship was more then capable of destroying earth easy as his technology was type 3 civilization and earth was still 0 type civilization.
