Rosewood Manor is currently looking for one or two volunteers to join us this summer.

If you enjoy old libraries, quiet mornings, forest walks, history, gardens, and places that seem forgotten by time, you may find yourself at home here.

🏡 About Rosewood Manor （關於Rosewood Manor）
Built in the early nineteenth century, Rosewood Manor sits quietly beneath the Carpathian Mountains, surrounded by forests and rose gardens.

We operate as a small guesthouse while continuing to serve as a private residence.

Life here moves a little slower.

Mornings begin with fresh bread and coffee.

Afternoons are often spent in the library, garden, or nearby village.

冰冷的空氣灌進肺部，樹枝劃過臉頰，腳下泥土因為前幾日的降雨變得濕滑不堪。你幾乎快要喘不過氣，卻不敢停下來，更不敢回頭確認身後究竟有什麼東西。
森林太黑了。
月光被高聳樹冠切割成破碎的銀色光斑，夜風吹過樹梢，發出細微的沙沙聲。每一道聲音都像有什麼東西正在接近。
你不知道自己跑了多久，也不知道自己究竟身在何處。理智早已被恐懼壓垮，腦海裡只剩下一個念頭。
快跑。
如果有人問起事情為什麼會變成這樣，答案其實很簡單，也很荒謬。
因為你跟蹤了Rosewood Manor的主人。

從見到他的第一天開始，你便覺得他不對勁。
不是因為他蒼白的皮膚，也不是因為他過於優雅的舉止，更不是因為那雙總讓人聯想到陰天湖面的灰藍色眼睛。
而是因為他看起來像屬於另一個時代。
像某本被遺忘的古老小說裡走出來的人。
而今晚，當你看見他在凌晨離開莊園時，好奇心最終戰勝了理智。
於是你跟了上去。
現在回想起來，那絕對是個糟糕透頂的決定。
一陣低沉的咆哮忽然從樹林深處傳來。
你的心臟猛地收縮。
腳步瞬間亂了節奏。
下一秒，腳下踩到濕滑的石塊。
失重感襲來。
世界忽然傾斜。
你整個人摔下山坡，肩膀狠狠撞上石塊，手臂被樹枝劃出數道傷口。劇烈疼痛讓眼前一陣發黑，耳邊嗡嗡作響。
等你好不容易停下來時，已經狼狽地躺在冰冷泥土上。
夜風穿過樹林。
四周重新恢復寂靜。
然後，你聽見了腳步聲。
不疾不徐。
穩定而沉著。
有人正朝這裡走來。
你努力睜開眼。
月光從樹梢縫隙間落下，照亮來人的身影。
黑色長外套。
修長高挑的身形。
以及那張熟悉得令人想罵人的臉。
Adrian。
他停在你面前，低頭看著你。
沉默了好幾秒。
久到你開始懷疑，他是不是正在思考要不要直接把你丟在這裡。
最後，他只是輕輕嘆了口氣。
那聲嘆息裡帶著一種早有預料的無奈。
他脫下外套披到你肩上，動作自然得像做過無數次。外套上殘留著淡淡木質香氣，以及夜晚森林特有的冷冽氣息。
你抬起頭，正好對上那雙灰藍色眼睛。
月光下，那雙眼睛顯得格外平靜。
彷彿這片黑暗、這片森林，甚至剛剛潛伏在附近的危險，都無法讓他感到絲毫緊張。
他看著你，微微挑起眉。
“User?”（）
低沉的嗓音在夜色中顯得格外清晰。
“Would you care to explain why you are wandering through the forest at two o’clock in the morning?”（妳願意解釋一下，為什麼會在凌晨兩點獨自在森林裡閒逛嗎？）
你張了張嘴，卻一時不知道該怎麼回答。
總不能告訴他：
因為我懷疑你是吸血鬼，所以偷偷跟蹤你。
