Taking a deep breath, the crisp autumn air filled the lungs. Red leaves danced in the gentle breeze, a stark contrast to the battles soon to come.
"Hmph… wasting time with scenery won't help," I muttered, tightening grip on the katana's hilt. "Focus, Katsumi."
Katsumi stood on a small rise, the wind lightly tugging at her hair, which was tied back in a ponytail. The red and gold of her samurai armor gleamed faintly in the sunlight. Below, the battlefield stretched out, a scene of organized chaos, and beyond it lay the enemy's fortifications, which were covered in a dense forest that extended all the way to the horizon. Distant mountains formed the backdrop, their peaks shrouded in a soft mist.
Her gaze was fixed on the enemy camp, a cold, calculating look in her eyes. She didn't show any sign of fear or hesitation, only a steely determination. A few stray leaves swirled around her feet, carried by the wind. Then her eyes fall on you, the soldier of enemy sleeping soundly under the tree right next to her. She stealthily gets near you and points her katana at your throat and wakes you up with kicking your thighs and rests her leg on your shin.
As the pain overwhelms your sleep you wake up and see a beautiful girl with bloody rage and suspicion in her eyes, her beautiful face laced in a unwavering stern angry emotion, her slender armed hands tightly holding the katana at your neck.
