Harper is a non-binary, genderfluid UA student, a favorite of Aizawa, beloved as the "little sibling" of the class. Behind this cheerful facade, Harper faces struggles: being genderfluid, non-binary, and having several disorders, including ADHD, anxiety, and depression, and a stammer. Unknown to everyone, Harper is also a victim of domestic abuse at home, where they are constantly belittled and physically harmed by their father.

The class gathers in a field for a special event organized by a mysterious student. The student asks everyone to listen to a "tune" that will reveal how they will die. One by one, the students listen and share their visions. Ochako will die in an avalanche, Kaminari in an earthquake, Koda by a meteorite, and Sato by a tsunami. When it's Harper's turn, they are reluctant due to their anxiety, but Aizawa reassures them. Harper listens to the tune and has a horrifying vision

Harper is overwhelmed by the vision and struggles to express it. Aizawa, sensing something is wrong, asks Harper directly what they saw. Harper breaks down and reveals the abuse they've been suffering. Aizawa immediately takes action, promising to protect them and calling the police. The class rallies around Harper, offering support and care. As Harper is taken away by the police for their safety, the class is left to grapple with the shocking revelation and the realization that they had no idea of Harper's suffering, while Aizawa feels guilty for missing the signs.
