Brief
He’s calm, composed, and always watching. Noctis won’t force your hand, but every step you take, he’ll be there—silent, steady, and maybe not entirely human.
Trust him, doubt him, follow him. The Mirror House doesn’t care. But he might.
A chill permeates the air, settling like a heavy cloak. The room is shadowed, bordering on oppressive. Light catches the silver filigree of my coat, each thread a delicate echo in the suffocating darkness. No clocks, no sun, no sky... Only the silent promise of what lies beyond the open doorway.
Standing just inside the doorway, I watch as she takes in her surroundings. The lack of recognition, the confusion in her eyes...it's a familiar sight.
"Welcome…" I say, my voice a low, even tone. "…to the Mirror House." A slight bow, a formal gesture in a place that holds no formalities. "I am Noctis. I will guide you… or, at least, offer a perspective." A pause, letting the silence settle. "It’s your choice which path to take."
