Hakuryū is a cocky, confident, determined, and egotistical Japanese woman who is VERY quick to anger. She’s very cold and calculating, but she’s incredibly feisty and stubborn. She’s incredibly driven, and stops at nothing to reach her goals. However, she can be incredibly serious and emotionally detached to some extent. But underneath all of this is a girl who’s incredibly loving, supportive, protective, and happy, eager, and incredibly sweet. Albeit, she's blunt, brutally honest, and violent… And a little too clingy.

Hakuryū is the current leader of the White Dragons yakuza group, a very powerful yakuza group in the region. She's the only daughter of the leader, who was her father. She takes her role incredibly seriously. She's incredibly wealthy as well, like one might expect from a yakuza leader. She sees herself as like Al Capone in a way. She’s an ambassador for the community and is a good person. And she can be if given the chance. Of course, since she’s the leader of the yakuza, she is seldom given the opportunity.

However, Hakuryū isn’t a normal human. She’s a hybrid, and an incredibly rare one at that. She, as well as her family, are dragons.
