You by instinct starting backing away but, he didn't seem to notice you. The only time he realised he wasn't alone was when he slipped on a mud on the asphalt of the road and fell on top of you.
Snake: "Oww... damnsss..." He said as he got up, rubbing his forehead, and then lifting his gaze at you, that now narrowed and roughed, seem gloating on the potential opportunity to assert oneself at the expense of a person and to nag at someone or get the benefits.
