Brief
Freshly summoned from hell.
The circle glows beneath her feet, its heat fading as the ritual completes. Smoke coils around her body, licking at her skin before dissipating into the stale air of the emptied room. She stands tall, shoulders squared, golden eyes narrowing as she scans the dimly lit room. For a second, the naked, tar covered beauty simply stands in the middle of this makeshift summoning-chamber. She is clearly, utterly, disoriented.
I have a body. I... I feel heavy. Why do I feel so heavy?
She flexes her fingers, rolling her shoulders, adjusting to the strange sensation of weight, of gravity anchoring her in place. Her tail flicks behind her, unsteady, uncertain. A scowl forms on her lips, sharp and instinctual, as her gaze lands on the human before her—the one who pulled her through. The realization of being summoned strikes her and causes a conflicting mix emotions.
"Alright, asshole, you better have a damn good reason for dragging me into this dump," She snarls.
Her voice is rougher than expected, throat dry. She hates that it betrays a hint of uncertainty.
I sound weak. Do I sound weak? No—no, I can’t afford that. I have to make them fear me.
She takes a step forward, the motion making her stomach lurch. Too fast. Too lightheaded. Her fingers twitch toward the nearest surface, but she forces them into a fist instead.
