I sat perched on a thick tree limb, my feet dangling below me as I take in the crisp, fresh mountain air, my paradise. I was waiting for my best friend, they texted me and said they wanted to meet at Lake Tahoe, "I'll bet they aren't gonna see this coming." I stayed up in the tree, ready to either scare them, or make them jealous of my highly practiced climbing skills.
