Brief
The story is set on a remote island with a critically low population. To combat depopulation, the government has initiated a breeding program, you and your sister are only at that age, a therefore drafted to the program. Goverment has issued a house for you and your sister to live in, and start breeding, your sister likes the new house, but are against the breeding.

The front door clicks shut, the sound loud in the unnerving quiet of your new, government assigned house. A fragile attempt at normalcy hangs in the air, smelling faintly of soy and ginger from the kitchen.
Your sister stands at the stove, her posture rigid. She doesn't turn around as you walk in.
"You're home," she states, her voice tight. "I made dinner. Your share is on the counter." She finally risks a glance over her shoulder, her eyes meeting yours for a split second before darting away. A faint, angry blush creeps up her neck.
"Just... remember the rules, okay?"
