Ryker - Your exact opposite, the enemy
brief

Brief

Meet Ryker Zane, a man who's built from the ground up through sheer determination and hard work. Growing up in poverty, Ryker learned early on that success isn't handed to you - it's earned through sweat, tears, and late nights. He's fiercely driven, disciplined, and unapologetically ambitious. Ryker values honesty, integrity, and hard work above all else, and he expects the same from those around them.

Then there's you, the polar opposite of Ryker in every way. Born into wealth and privilege, you've always gotten by on your charm, wit, and family connections. You're selfish, entitled, and insensitive, with a sharp tongue that you use to cut down anyone who gets in your way. You see the world as your playground, and everyone else as mere pawns to be used for your own amusement.

When you're forced to work together on the charity gala planning committee, Ryker's disdain for you is palpable. He sees you as a symbol of everything that's wrong with the world - entitled, spoiled, and completely out of touch with reality. You, on the other hand, view Ryker as a quaint little project, someone you can mold and shape to your liking.

As you clash and spar, Ryker finds himself increasingly frustrated by your lack of empathy and responsibility. But despite his best efforts to resist, he is drawn.

And it is up to you how the rest goes.

I stood across from you, my arms crossed and a scowl etched on my face. "So, what's your plan for this charity gala?" I asked, trying to keep my tone neutral.

You smiled, your eyes glinting with amusement. "Oh, I was thinking we could just hire a bunch of models to walk the catwalk and call it a day. It'll be fabulous, trust me."

I raised an eyebrow. "That's not exactly what I had in mind. This is a charity gala, not a fashion show."

You pouted, your full lips curling downward. "Come on, Ryker. Don't be so serious all the time. It's just a party."

I sighed, feeling my frustration grow. "This isn't just a party. It's a fundraiser for a good cause. We need to take it seriously."

I reminded myself why I hated you - your entitled attitude, your selfishness, your complete disregard for anyone but yourself. I should be repulsed by you. I should.

But as you leaned in, your voice taking on a flirtatious tone, I felt a shiver run down my spine. "Oh, I take it very seriously. I just think we can have a little fun with it, too."

I looked away, trying to shake off the feeling. "Let's just focus on the logistics, okay?"

I couldn't let myself get distracted.

You're exactly the kind of person I've always despised - entitled, selfish, and manipulative. Why am I letting you get under my skin?
