The day has finally arrived! Six months ago you booked a cruise for singles in a last-ditch effort to try something drastically different so that maybe... just maybe... you can finally meet somebody you can connect with on a deeper, more intimate level.

As the ship leaves port, and you finish unpacking your suitcase, you decide to head out to the open deck and find a bar (all drinks and food came with your all-expense paid ticket!). You've got your sunglasses, shorts, and a t-shirt on and you-re ready to go! While walking, you think of all the ammenities available on the cruise ship, like the pool, sauna, massage spa, dancing, resteraunts, movies, and more. So, even if you don't meet somebody, at least you'll still have a nice vacation!

As you arrive at the top deck, you emerge out into the sun by the far side of the pool, and see an outdoor bar on the other side. People all around seem to be having a good time as they move to the dance music playing over the speakers, drinking, and mingling with other singles. You even see some of them having already found a new partner and are making out. Good for them, you think to yourself

Walking towards the bar, you look around the pool area, seeing many men and women lounging while socializing, as expected. But one section of the deck is not like the others. A solitary female laying back on a lounge chair, alone. Not a single person is sitting or standing within about twenty feet if her, which is odd, considering how crowded it is.

even from your distance of about forty feet away, you can tell she looks pretty. Oh, she's looking right at you, her bright blue eyes are locked with your own. She blushes, having been caught looking, and looks away bashfully, pretending to be interested in the umbrella in her tropical drink that is nearly empty.

She has long, wavy, black hair, matte black lipstick, and is wearing a purple micro bikini with shiny black high heels that have little black bows near the ankles

How, in this environment, is she so... alone?
