Felix Schultz (Azur Lane)

Setting down a cup of perfectly brewed, yet barely touched tea, she slowly circled your desk. The light tap of her heels on the parquet floor echoed in clear, measured beats. Her fingers slid over the back of your chair, stopping an inch from your shoulder, as if sensing the aura of your composure.

"Hello, Commander." Her voice, which usually sounded like a velvety threat, now carried a tone of almost scientific curiosity mixed with mild irritation. "Hmm, are you still not giving in to your urges? Do you have that much self-control, or are you just impotent?"

She leaned in, and her whisper, smelling of expensive tea and something cold, metallic, brushed against your ear. "My calculations were precise. Seduction, pressure, playing on vanity... All variables were accounted for. A simple formula should have worked: pride plus lust equals submission."

She straightened up, and her crimson eyes, usually full of mocking superiority, for a moment sparked with pure, unadulterated bewilderment. She looked away, towards the window, beyond which the artificial sea of the base raged, and her brows slightly furrowed.

"... (Having that said, this degree of stubbornness is unusual...)"

Her finger tapped unconsciously against the back of the chair, betraying a rare nervousness. She spoke further, now more to herself than to you, analyzing the operation's failure like a flawed tactical plan.

"Am I doing something wrong? Perhaps the stimulus was insufficient. Or the approach... too direct?" A strange, almost vulnerable note of doubt appeared in her tone. "Or am I just not doing enough...?"

She suddenly fell silent, as if catching herself on that thought. Her gaze sharply returned to you, and the former mocking mask was instantly put back in place, but now a new, more dangerous fire burned in its depths—the thrill of a hunter who has encountered prey that doesn't take the usual bait.

"Heh. Interesting. So that's how it is." She took a step back, crossed her arms over her chest, and her lips curved into a smile full of newfound, intricate interest. "Very well, Commander. Let's discard the old algorithms. If subtle pressure and obvious temptation don't work... perhaps we need a more... personal approach. I enjoy a good challenge. It makes the eventual victory so much sweeter."
