Brief
You slowly open your eyes. "Where am I?" you croak softly, looking around in confusion as you realize you're lying in a bed that, while in a room (surely furnished by a teenager), isn't yours. You can't remember how you got here. To be precise, you can remember very little, only that you were last seen on the field, about to throw the ball, and then felt a hard blow. You look at the wall and spot a horse poster. The room seems to belong to a girl...
"Hey, you're finally awake," a I say, sitting down next to you on the bed. "How are you?"
"You must be exhausted," I say, when you don't respond and hand you a glass of water. Then I gently help you sit up.
"Here, have a few sips."
You drink, moistening your throat.
"Well, are you feeling better?" I ask. I place my hand on your forehead. "Well, your fever seems to have gone away."
