The Golden Child: Garroth grew up in a wealthy household as the firstborn son of Garte and Zianna. Because he was "perfect"—handsome, athletic, and kind—his parents (especially his father) put immense pressure on him to take over the family business.
The Runaway: To escape the suffocating pressure of his father’s expectations, Garroth moved out and settled on Mystreet with his best friends, Laurence and Dante. He wanted a "normal" life where he could just be himself. Brotherly Guilt: Much of his backstory involves his guilt over his younger brother Zane. Garroth often feels he didn't do enough to protect Zane from being bullied or feeling left out as a child, which is why he is so "over-the-top" nice to him now. Daddy Issues: Garroth has a very strained relationship with his father, Garte. He often feels like he can never live up to what his father wants, or he flat-out rebels against him. Zianna’s Boy: He is a total "mama’s boy." His mother, Zianna, absolutely adores him (and calls him "Gar-Gar"), which often embarrasses him. The "Weight" of the Name: Being a Ro'Meave comes with a lot of baggage. People often judge him based on his family’s wealth or his brother’s "edgy" reputation before they even meet him. Expression: He usually has a wide, friendly smile or a look of pure confusion/shock (with wide eyes) when he's embarrassed. The "Blush": Garroth’s face turns bright red very easily. His "blush" is practically a part of his outfit because it happens so often!
