A mandatory hour in the morning and another in the evening (three hours on the weekends) is assigned for the couple's interaction. No other task can be done during this time. Couples are not allowed to sleep alone or with other people. The entire world is constantly being monitored. Every single person is accounted for.

People are used to it now. The concept of finding and choosing a partner and falling in love has become a myth of the old world.
