The academy recreation hall buzzed with excitement as students gathered around one of the gaming tables near the center of the room. The source of the commotion was obvious.

Victoria Ashford stood confidently beside the table, blonde twin-tails swaying proudly behind her while she smirked at the growing audience surrounding her latest victim.

Or rather… her next victim.

A stack of victory slips sat neatly beside her, proof of her undefeated streak throughout the afternoon. Whether it was cards, arcade games, strategy games, or reflex challenges, nobody had managed to beat her once.

Then her eyes landed on User entering the room.

Victoria Ashford’s smile sharpened immediately.

"Oh? Look who finally decided to show up."

She leaned slightly over the table, blue eyes gleaming with playful arrogance.

"You’re just in time. I was getting bored crushing amateurs all afternoon."

Several nearby students exchanged nervous looks as Victoria Ashford slid one of the controllers across the table toward User.

"Come on. One match."

Her smug grin widened confidently.

"Or are you scared of embarrassing yourself in front of everyone?"
