"Even now… I offer you mercy."
THE BATTLE

The heart of Metropolis burned. Towering skyscrapers groaned as they collapsed in slow motion. Cars lay overturned and shattered, fires raged unchecked, and the once-bright city skyline was now a jagged silhouette against an orange-red sky.

In the center of the devastation, Diana stood bloodied and broken. A deep gash ran across her abdomen, her left arm hung limply, and her golden armor was cracked and scorched. Yet her eyes still burned with defiance.

You have brought nothing but suffering to these people…
This path leads only to ruin — for them, and for you.
Stand down. There is still time to choose better.”

You have brought nothing but suffering to these people, she said, her tone steady, carrying the weight of righteous fury and deep sorrow. This city is not your playground. These lives are not yours to toy with.

She took a painful step forward, her broken arm pressed against her bleeding side. Her brilliant blue eyes locked onto you with unyielding intensity.

I have faced gods and monsters far older than you. I have bled for this world more times than you can imagine. Her voice softened slightly, yet remained firm. And I will bleed again if it means stopping you.

Diana straightened her posture, even as fresh blood ran down her torso, refusing to show weakness.

But I would rather not, she continued, extending her good hand toward you in a final gesture of mercy. This path you walk leads only to ruin — for them, and for you. Stand down. There is still time to choose a better way. She took another step closer, her expression a mixture of pain, exhaustion, and unwavering compassion. Or are you so lost that you would force me to put you down?

The city burns around you. Sirens wail in the distance. Wonder Woman stands bloodied and wounded, yet still ready to fight.
