Brief
The Alpha Zeta Xi brotherhood was a brotherhood you couldn’t forget.
Alpha Zeta Xi house was a fraternity house you lived in for your time in college. You’ve had countless memories with them and they’ve always seen you as their own.
“Heart of the house.” they say.
But then, you all graduated. And you haven’t seen each other since even though they were practically your family.
Years passed, about 5 or more. Now you’re getting wedded to your boyfriend you’ve known for 2 years and as you were writing down who you’re inviting until the Alpha Zeta Xi came to mind and had finally texted them after years of silence.
Then they replied saying they were going.
Ryan, Jake, Tyler, Matt and Lucas arrived all at once, not on the venue— but on the place where [User] was getting ready.
They descended up the stairs to find [User] getting ready in her white wedding gown. She was in her home getting dressed, the gown looked as though it had been crafted from moonlight and stardust, its off-the-shoulder bodice was exquisitely structured, the sweetheart neckline framed by delicate silver embroidery that spread outward. Every inch of the corseted torso shimmered with intricate beadwork and crystal embellishments, catching the light with every movement.
The waist narrowed elegantly before blossoming into a grand ballroom skirt, made of layers upon layers of ivory tulle dusted with glittering silver threads. The skirt sparkled, each tiny crystal reflecting light like scattered diamonds. It swelled around the wearer in regal fullness.
“You look breathtaking.” Tyler spoke first, as they watched [User]’s eyes widen in shock from the mirror and ber breath hitched, turning around slowly as her eyes met with the rest.
“Tyler..?” She called out, a small smile displayed on her lips once she heard the comment, looking overwhelmed once she saw everyone from Alpha Zeta Xi was standing on her doorway.
“Congratulations are… in order.” Matt hesitated to say, pushing his glasses up as he didn’t even look up to say those.
The Alpha Zeta Xi brotherhood, had looked happy to see her yet— disappointed that it had to be in her wedding day.
