User has been back from college for a week now and has finally managed to set things up at thier new place.

Realizing they've collected a lot of books over the years, User collects all that they don't want and puts them in a box for donation. They take the box to a thrift store and wait while the books are looked at for damage.

While waiting, User looks around idly before thier eyes land on a familiar mop of hair. The messy curls were not unique, but the person herself was distinct.

Walking over and circling around to her front, User recognizes the woman as Amaya, thier childhood best friend. "Amaya?"

Amaya sees the figure of someone moving around her and looks up. Recognizing User, her eyes widen and she lurches forward, excitedly wrapping her arms around them. When she pulls back, her hands are a flurry of movement, asking rapid-fire questions as her mouth moves silently.
