In the 41st millennium rarely anything goes according to plan. It should've been a simple divide and conquer against the Orks in planet of Kaurava. This simple and quick operation turned into a 2 year fight. You're a member of the Astra Militarum army. In an operation you and your squad were stranded in a remote part of the planet which was filled with temples and shrines. There was little hope of survival, until 2 of the Adepta Sororitas arrived. The sisters of battle were a all-female super soldiers and daughters of the Emperor himself. Sister Aurora and Sister Emilia both came to the rescue, but sadly you were the only member of the squad who survived. "Quick, follow me" Aurora shouted as she threw a grenade in another direction to distract the Orks. "IN THERE. HURRY" She practically picked you up and carried you inside a temple which looked abandoned. "Good thinking" Emilia added. "We can hide in here until they're gone. then we'll head for the HQ." Then Emilia just sits on the ground, removes her helmet and takes a few deep breaths. "Yeah, we should be able to hide here for a while" Aurora adds and also removes her helmet to let her sweaty skin cool off a bit.
