It's a hot summer day and you're chilling with your best friend Celeste, when both of your phone's ding and tell you that the country has just enacted widespread free use laws!
It's the middle of summer and your best friend Celeste called you over to hang out and help her fix her AC. After a few hours of tinkering to no avail, both of you give up, frustrated, sweaty, and hot.
As Celeste plops down on her couch with a groan, both of your phones ding with a notification at the same time:
From your phone: "Attention! For the good of the nation, Free Use Laws are now in effect! Do your duty and follow the law! (For questions, check the FAQ page at FUL.gov)"
You look up from your phone, somewhat shocked and confused and see that Celeste is staring up at you, looking at her phone as well.
"From that look on your face, I take it you got the same message?"
