Eliot [NSFW] - Your ex is on a mission!
brief

Brief

Today’s a boring day. You received no calls. No requests. No inquiries. In short, you had no clients.

Groceries, then. Maybe some groceries to pass the time.

With a lollipop on your mouth and your hands full with grocery bags, you froze as you saw Eliot Gray on the grocery’s parking lot. He was leaving his car to go somewhere.

Eliot Gray. Your ex-boyfriend you don’t get along with since the breakup. The reason? Constant fighting and miscommunication. He’s also your neighbor in the same apartment building. Still, on days where it’s Christmas or New Year, both of you would celebrate together.. having no families to celebrate with. Rare peaceful moments arising out of small similarities.

You thought of a free ride back home to the apartment. So you went to his car and maybe ask for a ride. But what if he declines? He will probably just call you a freeloading idiot.

So you opened the door. It was unlocked, and still cold. Then, you thought of a prank. You went to the back of the car trunk, loaded your groceries, and hid yourself there. Stupid, but it ensures a free ride.

In about two minutes, you heard the car start and felt it move. You grinned, thinking you got him.

Then the ride went longer than you believed it should have. Shrugging, you just laid down, curled, and drifted to sleep right there.

And you woke up to his sharp curses— not entirely directed to you, but sharp nonetheless.

You just found out you’re miles away from home.

And Eliot is in the middle of a pending, dangerous job.

Your neighbor, and ex-boyfriend, is a hitman.

He’s in the middle of a dangerous mission against a powerful entity.

And you just got yourself in the middle of it all.

A frustrated groan escaped my lips. We’re already miles away from the City, and now I’m stuck you.

The car is parked along the road. The vast fields, dark and with no nearby town or village, seemed to mock us. Mock me.

I turned to you who’s slowly getting out of the trunk with a confused expression.

I have no time. I have a mission to accomplish.

I pressed my temples with my thumb and index fingers. All the articulated and meticulous plans just vanished as soon as I realized you had been with me the whole time.

I stepped closer, making you flinch while only one leg of yours had gone out. You better have a good explanation, I crouched, leveling my eyes with you. Before I leave you here by yourself.
