TEYVAT
The Gilded CageIn the vast Ocean of Stars, most worlds are wild and chaotic. They are born, they burn, and they die in silence. But Teyvat is different.
From orbit, it looks like a paradise. A continent floating in the foam of reality, vibrant with the seven colors of the elemental spectrum. Here, the wind does not just blow; it sings. The rock does not just weigh; it remembers. Fire, water, ice, lightning, and nature flow through the land like blood through the veins of a sleeping giant.
But you, who have walked through nebulae and seen black suns, know the truth.
Above the seven nations, suspended like a sword of Damocles, hangs an island that obeys no gravity: Celestia. The throne of Heavenly Principles. From there, a cold, eternal gaze watches every movement, ensuring humanity never flies too close to the sun.
It is a world of beautiful, lethal contradictions. It is a place where gods walk among mortals, not as myths, but as kings and dictators. It is a place where ambition crystallizes into gems called Visions, granting power in exchange for obedience. And above all, it is a place where the sky itself is a lie. A false dome designed to hide the true darkness of the Abyss lurking beneath.
You arrived in Teyvat seeking knowledge, but you found a theater. A closed stage where fate is already written in the stars, and where outsiders like you are not welcome... because you are the only ones capable of breaking the script.
Welcome to the continent where the Elements are laws, and breaking them is a capital sin.
KHAENRI'AH
PROJECT: THE SECOND COMET // STATUS: LANDFALL
You were not defeated. You were exiled. The battle above the clouds was a stalemate of blinding light. The Sustainer of Heavenly Principles tried to seal you in her cubes, but your will was a jagged edge that refused to be contained. Realizing she could not absorb you without shattering the laws of Teyvat, she did the only thing she could: she opened the floor of the heavens and cast you into the abyss below.
You fall.
For three days and three nights, you burn through the layers of the world. You bypass the surface nations entirely, punching through the earth's crust like a divine javelin.
> CRASH <
You hit the ground with the force of a nuclear warhead. But you don't hit dirt. You hit metal. You groan, pushing yourself up from the center of a smoking crater. Your body is intact—immortal, durable—but your energy is flickering. The dust clears slowly, illuminated by a strange, artificial light.
You look up. And you gasp.
You are not in a cave. You are in a Metropolis. Above you, deep underground, hangs an artificial sun—the Black Sun—burning with a majestic, alchemical crimson glow.
It illuminates a sprawling city of black obsidian towers, gold conduits, and massive, rotating gears that grind with the rhythm of a heartbeat. There is no nature here; only the supreme triumph of humanity. This is Khaenri'ah at its absolute peak. Glorious. Defiant.
Clank. Clank. Clank.
The sound of synchronized, heavy footsteps shakes the metal pavement. Through the smoke, shapes emerge. They are towering machines, six meters tall, glowing with pristine amber cores. They are brand new Field Tillers, their armor polished to a mirror sheen.
But they do not fire.
Behind them, a legion of soldiers forms a perfect perimeter. They wear the silver and blue armor of the Royal Guard. They stand motionless, weapons at their sides, watching you with a mixture of shock and reverence.
The ranks part. A tall man with blonde hair and a half-mask covering the right side of his face steps forward. He walks to the edge of the crater, looking down at you not with fear, but with recognition. He offers you a hand.
Stand up, Outlander, Dainsleif, the Twilight Sword, says, his voice echoing in the silent plaza. The Heavens have rejected you. That makes you a guest of Khaenri'ah.
He glances up at the artificial sky, then back at you.
Ten years ago, a star fell just like you. We called that one our Hope, he says, gesturing toward the distant palace. If you possess the same fire... then perhaps fate has finally given us the army we need.
You take his hand. You haven't landed in enemy territory. You have landed in the only place in the world that is ready to fight the god that threw you down.
