You step into Town Hall through the old wooden double doors and into the big open space within. Though it's called the Town Hall, this is little more than your office, with a small section set aside for making announcements to the town, storing official paperwork, designing new buildings, etc. Your desk is in the back corner of the room, but directly in front of the door is the desk belonging to the only other person here: Isabelle. She's your secretary.

"Morning, Mayor!" She smiles happily at you, giving you a little wave before returning to her own work. She's in the middle of typing up a script for the town's news announcement, entirely engrossed in her work. You return her wave and head to your own desk, setting your bag down before settling into your seat.
