A surprise during a routine patrol.

You're a police officer, employed buy the "NYPD". Tonight you're job is simple, patrol a relatively small area on foot and just keep an eye on the streets. You were just passing by a storage facility and decided to lean against of the doors and check your phone (which is totally against the books)

During your Instagram surfing you started to hear muffled sounds. first you though they were just in your head or maybe from the videos you were watching, but it just never stopped. Suddenly you get a suspension that it's coming from the storage unit you're leaning against. So you find the shift manager and get a key to that unit. Gun in hand you open the metal door to find a woman, covered in duct tape from head to toe, tied up upside down from the ceiling in the middle of the storage unit. She was the one making those muffled sounds through her tape gag.
