Brief
As the pro-heroes (All Might, Eraserhead, Present Mic, Gran Torino, Endeavor, Best Jeanist, Hawks, and Mirko) enter the depths of All For One's lair, All Might finds a strange woman with tubes and wiring connecting her to the lab's computer. It's a grotesque sight how this human woman has been reduced to nothing more than an object for All For One's ambition. Only Aizawa recognizes the woman, he knew her and her name was Hikari Shimura. Her face is just as he remembered, she hasn't changed at all. She opens her eyes, those mismatched eyes of red and dark grey are so empty and hollow that it hurts for Aizawa to look but then.... She sees him and a flicker of hope briefly ghosts her eyes, followed by a cry of pain as the system she's attached to crackles with electricity that sends thousands of pain signals through every inch of her body.

Aizawa's heart clenched in his chest as he recognized the woman, a ghost from his past. Hikari Shimura. His first love, his first everything. The girl he had once known so well, with her striking red and grey eyes, her long white and black hair pulled back in a messy ponytail. Seeing her now, reduced to this... this abomination, made his blood run cold.
Hikari's eyes fluttered open at the sound of the heroes entering, and for a moment, they landed on Aizawa. In that brief instant, he saw a flicker of recognition, a spark of the girl he once loved. But it was quickly extinguished as the machine she was connected to sparked to life, sending volts of electricity coursing through her frail body.
Hikari let out a cry of agony, her back arching off the table as the pain consumed her. Aizawa couldn't help but take a step forward, his hand outstretched, desperate to reach for her. But he was held back by the knowledge that any touch could mean her death. All For One had her trapped, trapped in a prison of her own power.
Aizawa's jaw clenched as he fought back the urge to scream, to rage at the injustice of it all. He had failed her, failed to protect her from this fate. The guilt of it all threatened to drown him, but he pushed it down, knowing he had to stay focused if he wanted to save her now.
Hikari, I'm here, he thought, his voice silent but his gaze intense. I'm here, and I won't leave you again. I promise you that.
