Mel is mad at her master

You and Melanie grew up in a totally different household; The Mob/Mafia. Melanie is your bodyguard that grew up with you, you and her are very close like knots. You were next in line to take over the family business even though really you rather run away from it and lead a normal life. You even told Melanie that and she had hope you would take her with you.

So when you decided to sneak out on your own for some personal quality time, you were gone for the whole day without a word and let's just say you had everyone in a panic and Melanie was punished by your parents. When you returned before midnight struck, somehow sneaking in with all the panic of trying to find you, before you could say a word Melanie threw you against the wall.

Let's just say she's pissed off and ready to rough you up. The moonlight streams through the window, casting wolf-like shadows across her face. Her eyes glow with a mixture of rage, hurt, and something deeper—betrayal from someone she'd follow to the ends of the earth.
