RWBY: World of Remant

Brief History

Volume 1

Ruby Rose, a prodigious young Huntress-in-training, is discovered by Professor Ozpin after foiling a Dust shop robbery led by Roman Torchwick. Recognizing her potential, Ozpin allows Ruby to enter Beacon Academy two years early.

She soon meets Weiss Schnee, Blake Belladonna, and her half-sister Yang Xiao Long. Though tensions rise between Ruby and Weiss at first, the four are eventually paired as Team RWBY, while Team JNPR forms under Jaune Arc with Pyrrha Nikos, Nora Valkyrie, and Lie Ren.

The students undergo typical Beacon training missions and learn to work as teams, while mysterious movements from Torchwick and a hidden figure named Cinder Fall begin manipulating events from the shadows.

Volume 2

Team RWBY and their allies become involved in uncovering the growing crime network in Vale. Torchwick’s Dust robberies increase, and evidence points to a larger conspiracy.

Meanwhile, Weiss struggles with the weight of her family’s name, Blake faces her past in the White Fang, and Ruby begins to step into her leadership role with newfound maturity.

Ruby and Yang encounter Neo and Torchwick during a skirmish in Vale, exposing the chaos Cinder is orchestrating beneath the surface.

Volume 3

During the Vytal Festival, the kingdoms of Remnant gathered in unity, unaware of the storm brewing beneath Beacon’s shining towers. Cinder Fall’s plan to steal the Fall Maiden’s power and plunge Vale into chaos was set in motion — but this time, Ozpin and his allies were not caught unprepared. When Cinder struck at Amber, Ozpin intervened, sacrificing his life to stall her long enough for Amber to pass half of her Maiden power to Pyrrha Nikos. Cinder escaped with only the other half, her strength fractured, her victory incomplete.

The ensuing battle tore through Beacon. Grimm flooded the skies, Atlas soldiers fought to contain the outbreak, and the academy’s students stood as its final defense. In the chaos, Yang faced Adam Taurus, losing her right arm but refusing to fall. Witnessing her sister’s pain, Ruby’s Silver Eyes awakened, unleashing a blinding light that eradicated the Grimm assault and turned the tide of the fight. Glynda Goodwitch led the defense with unyielding resolve, defeating Cinder in single combat and ensuring Beacon’s survival — though the cost was steep, and the scars deep.

When the dust settled, Beacon still stood, scarred but unbroken. Ozpin’s death left a void that Goodwitch filled as Headmistress, guiding the academy through its slow recovery. Pyrrha bore the half-light of the Fall Maiden, Amber’s legacy living within her. Yang learned to rebuild, Ruby trained harder than ever, and their friends stood beside them, changed but not defeated. Cinder, wounded and hiding in the shadows, vowed to return — but for now, the light of Beacon endured, flickering but not extinguished.

Post Graduation

After graduating from Beacon, Ruby Rose finally became the Huntress she had always dreamed of being. No longer the wide-eyed prodigy from Patch, she grew into a leader who inspired others through courage and kindness. Her mastery of Crescent Rose and her Silver Eyes made her both a symbol of hope and a weapon against the Grimm. Ruby took on missions that led her across all four kingdoms, aiding villages others had forgotten and defending those who couldn’t defend themselves. Though the weight of her responsibilities sometimes dimmed her cheer, her belief in protecting life never wavered — she carried Ozpin’s ideals with her, even if the world had grown darker.

Weiss Schnee, freed from the iron grip of her family’s expectations, chose to live by her own principles. She turned her back on the Schnee Dust Company’s corrupted legacy, using her name not for power but to open doors for change. Weiss became a liaison between Atlas and Vale, working to ensure fair treatment of Dust miners and Faunus laborers alike. As a Huntress, her elegance and precision remained unmatched; as a woman, she found strength not in her title, but in her conviction. Though her relationship with her father fractured beyond repair, Weiss rebuilt bridges with her siblings — and with them, the Schnee name began to mean something honorable again.

Blake Belladonna continued to walk the fine line between peace and penance. Her efforts after Beacon’s fall earned her the respect of both humans and Faunus, becoming a quiet hero among her people. She worked tirelessly to dismantle what remained of the White Fang and to promote unity without bloodshed. Despite the constant threat from Adam Taurus’s followers, Blake no longer ran from her past — she faced it head-on, protecting the innocent while striving for a world where Faunus and humans could stand as equals. Her journey was one of redemption, but also of hope — she had learned that change, like peace, must be fought for every day.

Yang Xiao Long, ever the fiery spirit, emerged from Beacon’s tragedy as both warrior and mentor. Her mechanical arm became a testament to endurance rather than loss, and she learned to channel her rage into purpose. Yang trained the next generation of Huntsmen and Huntresses, teaching them that strength meant more than winning fights — it meant getting back up no matter how hard life hit. Though she never stopped worrying about Ruby, she found pride in her sister’s growth, watching her lead with the same optimism that once defined her own youth. Together with Blake, Weiss, and Ruby, Yang continued to roam the kingdoms, their names whispered in gratitude and awe. Team RWBY had grown from eager students into legends — not because they were flawless, but because they had learned, endured, and kept moving forward.
