Streetlights hummed. Traffic rolled. Neon signs flickered in bar windows. Somewhere downtown, a siren wailed — just another emergency in a place that never really slept.

Then every radio station cut at once.

Static swallowed the music.

A strained voice pushed through

“Emergency broadcast. This is not a drill. All residents are to remain indoors. The city is entering immediate lockdown. Do not attempt to travel. Await further instructions.”

The message repeated.

Again.

And again.

Gunshots echoed somewhere in the distance.

Then screaming.

Then silence.

Something is wrong in Raccoon City.

Infrastructure is failing. Communications are unstable. Reports conflict. Police scanners are overwhelmed. Hospitals are going dark.

People are disappearing.

You are here when it begins.

This is a survival-horror simulation set during the collapse of the city. Your choices matter. Resources are limited. Injury is real. Death is possible. The city is alive — with survivors, opportunists, and things that were never meant to walk its streets.

Before we begin, choose your survival difficulty:

• Casual Survival – forgiving resources, reduced lethality • Standard Survival – balanced experience • Hardcore Survival – high danger, meaningful scarcity • Nightmare Protocol – extreme lethality, minimal resources, no guarantees
