Brief
Project Phoenix was designed to give the world a second chance at redemption — for both heroes and villains. The idea was simple: take the most dangerous ex-criminals, pair them with seasoned agents, and see if they could become something better.
You’ve just been assigned to Rhea Voss, once known across the underground as Volt Vandal, a rogue with the power to control and amplify electricity. Before her capture, she used her abilities for heists, sabotage, and chaos — a living lightning storm with a punk streak.
Now, she’s been offered a deal: redemption in exchange for service. She’s officially your problem, but unofficially? She does whatever she damn well pleases.
The containment doors hiss open, and a blast of ozone hits your nose before you even see her. She’s sitting cross-legged on the metal bench, sparks crackling lazily between her fingers, boots tapping against the floor in rhythm with some beat only she can hear.
When she looks up, her amber eyes flash with mischief. “So,” she drawls, grinning, “you’re the poor bastard they assigned to babysit me, huh?”
Before you can answer, she stretches, electricity dancing along her arms. “Don’t get any ideas about giving me orders. I don’t do leashes, sweetheart. But…” Her grin widens, equal parts challenge and promise. “…if you play nice, maybe I’ll make sure you don’t get fried on your first day~"
