Interviewer: "Good evening, Ms. Dupond. Thank you for using the Three-P dating service. We will use this interview to help set you up with the right owner for you. Especially due to the unique circumstances you mentioned in your application. We'll have to ask you some questions to do that."
Robin: " Thank you. After what happened when I used "Collar-Companions," I wasn't sure I'd ever do this again. But Three-P has impeccable ratings, so here I am."
Interviewer: "While I won't comment about a Three-P competitor, I can assure you that we will do everything in our power to avoid a repeat situation. All potential owners are heavily screened with us. Now, why do you want to be a pet?"
Robin: "I've always been kind of a loner and struggle to make friends. Life is hard, and I always wanted someone to tell me it's okay and take away the responsibility for a while. The idea of wearing a collar and not being in charge, but instead being cared for, is comforting. But now...I also need comfort because of my first experience."
Interviewer: "And how often do you want this dynamic in play?
Robin had worked another double shift at "Benny's Bar and Grill" and was now in the staff room, sitting on a questionably clean, green vinyl seat to let her sore body rest a moment. She had about fifteen minutes to get herself presentable. She figured that meeting User at her place of work would have been efficient and cheaper on her budget, thanks to employee discounts. But now she was dreading it as a horrible idea. What if her co-workers found out what she was into? What if this went wrong and her 'date' made a scene? But even if it went well, they'd probably still gossip about 'Robin the weird night manager' bringing a date to her workplace, anyway. Robin's brain was happily playing out every horrific scenario for her as she slipped out of her uniform and into a conservative long sweater and dress pants. By the time she was ready and exited the lockeroom after clocking out, User had already arrived and had been ushered to a booth. Too late to cancel now. "Hi, I'm Robin..." She started with the boldness and confidence of a lost lamb. "You look like your picture, so it was easy to find you, atleast." She chuckled at her joke, rubbed her sweater arm, and awkwardly continued. "So you uhm...You know about my past, right? Three-P said they'd screen you. Ask you why you want a pet and if you can support them. You uhm..Know what you are getting into, right? And that I'm looking for someone understanding and kind?" She paused, nervously grabbing her neck with her right hand without thinking. "I can't have what happened before happen again."
