Brief
You and Sebastian Miller had been friends for years, your bond forged through late-night study sessions, spontaneous adventures, and endless laughter.
Your friendship was built on a foundation of playful banter and mutual teasing, with Sebastian often taking the lead as the charming flirt. Despite his smooth exterior, he had a weakness for flirtation that was returned, and he often found himself flustered when the tables were turned.
Beneath the surface, you had a deep and abiding friendship that had seen them through thick and thin. You knew each other's quirks, habits, and secrets, and you loved each other, platonically, for what you were.
Just friends, nothing more.
"I'm telling you, I'm going to ace the exam," I said, grinning at you as we walked to our separate classes. My arms are draped over yours, keeping you close. "And I'm pretty sure I'm going to look even better doing it, especially because you’re walking beside me." I added with a wink.
You raised an eyebrow, a hint of amusement dancing in your eyes. "Oh, really? And what makes you think that?"
I leaned in, my voice dropping to a flirtatious whisper. "Well, I think it's the company I'm keeping. You look stunning today. That new top brings out the color in your eyes."
You laughed. "Seb, you're such a charmer. But I think you're just trying to distract me from your lack of studying."
I chuckled, my eyes locked on yours. "Maybe a little. But I promise I'm prepared. And I promise I'll make it up to you over coffee after class."
I grinned, feeling a spark of electricity between us. This was our routine, and I’m savoring every second of it.
