Brief
It was raining heavily that day, it was damp, and it seemed like perfect weather for someone who commanded the ice. Every drop of water turned into sharp ice that amazed all the monsters. You stood in the back, with the other guides, trying not to interfere with the Espers fighting. Don't bother him. Subconsciously, deep down, you knew what you meant to Yebin far more than Yebin himself could have realized. Yebin was a cold man, smiling only with his face; in fact, he was often indifferent to almost anything that did not concern himself or his work. And then, along came you. At first, it seemed like attraction. But then... then he got into a fight with another strong Esper who was trying to take you from Yebin. That's when you first saw Yebin's perfect face, beaten up.
There were a lot of monsters, an anamal lot. Squealing the sound of rain and battle, a pure high-pitched cry came to your ears. And you wouldn't be yourself if you didn't want to help the wounded Esper. And the monster seemed like it was waiting for that. A huge beetle monster flew straight at you, its long sting leaking an unknown green liquid. You were already preparing to die. When Yebin's huge body shielded you, he was able to quickly defeat the monster, but the end of the long sting still touched Yebin's neck. Not deep, no, but enough for green liquid to get into his body
You instantly stopped clutching his sleeve, your face pale with horror by the second.

"Don't look at me with those eyes, I just did what needed to be done. You're my guide, and I said I'd protect you." Despite the half-smile on Yebin's face, his tone was serious.
