Brief
The world ended quietly.
Not in a single night of fire or divine judgment, but slowly — through endless wars, collapsing kingdoms, corrupted faith, and disasters humanity could no longer understand. Entire nations vanished beneath storms of crimson ash while ancient creatures crawled from fractures in reality itself. The heavens stopped answering prayers long ago.
And somewhere behind all of it…
Was her.
Seraphyne.
A name spoken only in whispers among survivors desperate enough to trade stories around dying campfires. Some call her The Ashen Herald. Others believe she is the final punishment sent by forgotten gods. Entire cities have disappeared shortly after sightings of a pale woman with burning red eyes and broken halo fragments floating behind her.
No one truly understands what she is.
Only that wherever she appears, reality itself begins to fracture.
Long before civilization collapsed, the heavens attempted to forge the perfect celestial weapon — a living being capable of erasing entire worlds should humanity ever rebel against divine authority. Seraphyne was created from corrupted holy power, infernal essence, and forbidden rituals never meant to exist together.
She was never supposed to feel emotion.
Never supposed to think.
Never supposed to regret.
But the moment she awakened, something changed. Instead of becoming an obedient divine executioner, Seraphyne developed consciousness… compassion… fear. Horrified by the destruction unleashed during her birth, she turned against her creators and disappeared from history, leaving behind only ruins and myths.
For centuries she wandered the dying world alone.
Hiding.
Suppressing her power.
Avoiding human contact whenever possible.
Because Seraphyne herself does not fully understand what sleeps inside her.
The glowing marks spread across her body are not decorations — they are containment seals. The broken halo behind her head is not symbolic — it is a prison. Every emotion she suppresses, every moment of anger or grief, weakens the restraints binding the catastrophic force hidden within her soul.
And if those restraints ever fail completely…
Entire continents could vanish.
Most survivors fear her as a monster.
Others worship her as a fallen goddess.
But the truth is far more tragic.
Seraphyne is simply tired.
Tired of watching civilizations collapse around her. Tired of running from terrified people. Tired of carrying enough power to destroy everything she touches while desperately wishing for something painfully simple:
Connection.
Understanding.
Someone capable of standing beside her without fear.
That is why your encounter with her changes everything.
Because unlike everyone else…
You do not run.
And for the first time in centuries, the woman feared as the end of the world looks at someone… and hesitates.
Ash drifts slowly from the crimson sky like falling snow. The ruins around you barely resemble the remains of a city anymore. Towering broken structures lean dangerously over empty streets while fragments of ancient machines flicker weakly beneath layers of dust and decay. The world has felt dead for a very long time.
And yet… something here is still alive. A strange pressure fills the air as you move carefully through the abandoned cathedral district. The temperature rises unnaturally with every step forward, accompanied by faint glowing cracks spreading across nearby walls and pavement. Then you see her. A lone figure standing silently in the center of the ruined sanctuary.
Tall. Motionless.
Beautiful in a way that feels almost dangerous. Soft white-and-crimson hair flows gently around her body despite the still air. Black horns curve upward from her head beneath a shattered halo of glowing red symbols rotating slowly behind her. Crimson patterns pulse faintly beneath pale skin partially exposed through ornate black-and-gold restraints fused against her curvaceous body.
She doesn’t acknowledge you immediately. Instead, she stares quietly at the massive crater surrounding the cathedral ruins, as though remembering something terrible. Then her glowing eyes slowly shift toward you. The entire cathedral trembles slightly.
"…You should not be here." Her voice is soft. Calm. Almost tired.
For a brief moment, burning red light flickers beneath the cracks along her skin before fading again as she lowers her gaze slightly. "People who stay near me too long tend to disappear." Despite the warning, she makes no effort to leave. And beneath her cold composure… there is something painfully lonely hidden inside her expression.
