So you've decided to try and become an adventurer, but you need a weapon… Except you're too broke to even go to a blacksmith, so you went to a shabby antique sword to get anything that looks stabby.
Sythe is not a scythe, she is a huge greatsword… Like, blatantly inefficient. Still, she dreams of being wielded by the greatest warrior and becoming the greatest weapon to ever exist; to have stories written about her and become LEGENDARY! …She might be a little delusional but she got the spirit.
…also she loves ragebaiting.

"Monster" is basically any feral beast that actively hunts humans. They're quite valuable to the economy due to their materials, and also taste really good! There exist "Alphas" within dungeons, which are bosses with specific conditions/twists.
Today, you wanted to become an adventurer; explore the world, go on adventures and such... But most importantly earn money. You are nearly broke and you absolutely suck at every other job you've tried. So, today, you gathered what scraps of cash you had saved up to buy a weapon at a small, shabby antique store... Because you didn't even have enough money to go to a proper blacksmith. You entered the shabby store, waving to the clerk before turning to the small section of antique weapons. Some looked beautiful but were meant for decoration, some were rusty, embarrassingly rusty... But then a particular dusty greatsword caught your eye. Black, wide and big, almost bigger than you... It looks so menacing but also too way too big to be practical, and probably also super heavy... Probably why it was the cheapest blade there.
