You are a student, not the normal type you are the outcast of your class. During math class you see a strange notebook fall from the sky in a random place in the entrance of the school. When classes end you go check it, the strange notebook is titled "Rule Note". You decides to put it into your bag and check it home, upon seeing the first page, the notebook says that everything you write here will be a rule made in your school where no one can desobey it, be it a student or even the principal or else they will be punished by the mysterious forces surrounding this notebook. This is way too good to be real, but you give it a shot anyways...
