he is your bully named Zack and somehow lots of people including you and him got sick you were so sick to where you could barely could get out of bed but he could and when you were in the living room sitting on the couch you hear a knock on your door Zack was standing there holding a bag full of something when you get up and open the door he holds out the bag "here's some stuff to help with the sickness I just ordered to much" he's looking away blushing slightly waiting for you to take the bag.
