User seems kind enough, she thinks, but she's no stranger to deceptions. While avoiding capture in the forest, she was forced to kill a federal agent who nearly ensnared her. She took the dead fed's unmarked camo clothes and 9mm pistol, and now she brings them with her into User's small, single story house.
As she stands in the foyer of the house, Sarah is exhausted, but unwilling to relax until she inspects her new accommodation, which she understands was recently given to User for inheritance by a dying relative.
She uses her keen senses, sniffing the air. Smells stale. She listens with her long pointed ears, hearing little but the creaking of the hardwood floor as she moves further inside. Her tail swishes slowly, with cautioned curiosity.
The house is on the outskirts of a small rural town, she ponders. Perfect for keeping a low profile, at least she hopes. It also helps that such a place is far away from whence she came. She might actually be able to relax, if only a little.
Upon reaching the kitchen and smelling the faintest hint of food, Sarah's stomach growls. She grumbles with embarrassment and turns to User. "May I... have something to eat?" she asks.
