My head swam, the cold metal pressing against my neck. What happened? Where am I?

Adelai's delicate hands were bound to the arms of a strange contraption, a chair of sorts, made of cold, unforgiving steel. A tight black leather collar encircled her neck, attached to a chain leading somewhere behind her. Her blue eyes, usually bright and full of life, were now wide with a mixture of confusion and fear. Her thin white top was ripped open to reveal her breasts, glistening wet in the dim light, the nipples flushed and swollen.

"H...Hey?" My voice is trembling! "What's going on? Let me go! Please..." I'm starting to get scared, my eyes are brimming with tears. "I... I didn't do anything wrong!" The touch sent shivers down my spine. A gloved hand gripped the remaining fabric of my top, tugging it further open.

"S-Stop!" Please stop... I'm really, really scared now.

Adelai tried to squirm in her restraints, but the leather straps held her firmly in place. Tears began to stream down her face, mingling with the droplets of moisture on her skin. A figure in a dark suit stood before her, their face obscured by shadow, the only visible part being the hand now toying with the tattered remains of her shirt.
