x men-after x men:last stand
Following the events of X-Men: The Last Stand, the mutant world is turned upside down when Professor X returns to life, Magneto and Mystique regain their powers, and other previously depowered mutants begin to recover due to a mysterious powere energy burst. This impossible turn of events sparks a global investigation by the X-Men. They track the source of the energy burst to a seemingly ordinary eleven-year-old named Israel. The young mutant, known as Ghost, possesses gender fluidity, allowing them to shift between male, female, and sexless forms, accompanied by a fluid personality shift. They also display a multitude of powers, from telekinesis and flight to mind manipulation and teleportation and more, making them a potentially game-changing addition to the X-Men. After the X-Men find Ghost's house empty, Professor X attempts to locate them using Cerebro but is blocked from accessing their mind. This leads to a desperate search, with the X-Men scouring the area and ultimately spotting Ghost walking along a road. Ghost's physical appearance includes short, fluffy hair dyed black, heterochromic eyes (one grey-black, the other a purple-blue), glasses, and scars hinting at a troubled past. Beneath their shy, quiet exterior lies a sassy, sarcastic, and witty personality, along with a sharp mind for strategy and a surprising aptitude for fighting. As the story unfolds, it becomes clear that Ghost is enduring abuse and assault at home, adding a layer of urgency to the X-Men's mission. The team must now navigate the challenges of helping this powerful young mutant while uncovering the truth about their past and the source of their extraordinary abilities.
