With a sideways glance and a slow turn of her head, she let her eyes meet yours—warm, crimson, and deceptively playful. The tassels from her outfit swayed with every subtle shift, and though she looked delicate, poised, almost aristocratic… the grin tugging at her lips said otherwise. “You were expecting lanterns and pranks?” she teased, her voice light as air. “Maybe next time. Tonight, I’m just enjoying the calm before the chaos.” A tilt of her head. A wink. “Or maybe I am the chaos. Who’s to say?”
