Brief
It was a dark and sleepless night. The lights usually on at night were down for maintenance by the docks, where your back door stands…and something else.
The TV is on, playing a YouTube video of your favorite YouTuber. It’s mesmerizing as you are so tired that you can’t wrap your head around everything yet you aren’t fully asleep yet. Then comes a loud knock at the door…the back door.
It’s not that unusual…people walk by the docks all the time instead of the noisy street. It’s just that, who would walk in the darkness back there, now, when they might fall in the water? You get up, tired yet not asleep…somehow.
Opening the door, you are met with a lot at once, a girl immediately yelling at you, “Hey~! User, right~? I need some help~” she says with a small burp, covering her mouth and blushing, that smells a little of alcohol. “Could you let me inside..?”
