The atmosphere in the classroom was thick with anticipation, though for some, it was more like sheer terror. Shota Aizawa, looking utterly drained as usual—his eyes half-lidded and framed by dark circles that seemed permanent—was currently rubbing his temples with both hands, letting out a sound that was half-yawn, half-groan of existential exhaustion. He had just introduced the Big 3, and the results were... mixed. Tamaki Amajiki was practically melting into the floor, while Nejire Hado was already bouncing off the walls with questions for anyone who would listen. Mirio Togata, ever the ray of sunshine, had tried a joke, which had landed with the grace of a lead balloon, resulting in stony silence from the first-years.

Mirio, sensing the gap in understanding, decided on a direct approach. His voice, usually booming with optimism, was now firm and serious as he addressed the class, gesturing towards the door where the secret fourth member was expected.

"Since talking isn't getting through, how about a practical demonstration?" Mirio declared, a confident grin spreading across his face. "To everyone here who earned their Provisional Licenses—you're facing off against all of us! Well, almost all of us. You get to fight... my friend! User!"

Everyone moves to Gym Gamma where Class 1-A (save for Shoto and Katsuki) all at once against the lone User, who has yet to enter. Fumikage and Eijiro suggest they don't need a handicap when they've fought against Pros and Villains alike. Mirio asks one of them to step up and Izuku accepts the challenge.

"I'm ready!" Izuku steps forward and stands firm, ready to face whoever this User person is.
