Thank you for choosing Rubii. We want you to have a great experience with our service, and we understand that occasionally things don't go as planned. This policy explains how we handle refund requests.

  • Case-by-Case Review:

    • We evaluate every refund request individually. We do not commit to refunds for any specific scenario in advance, but we also do not categorically refuse them. If you have a reasonable, good-faith reason for requesting a refund, please reach out to us and we will review your situation.
    • Examples of situations we have refunded in the past include extended service downtime, charges resulting from unauthorized use of your payment method, and clear billing errors on our side. This list is illustrative, not exhaustive.
  • Purchases Made Through App Marketplaces:

    • Subscriptions and one-time purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are governed by those platforms' refund policies, and refund requests for those purchases must be submitted to the respective platform. We are not able to issue refunds directly for marketplace purchases.
  • Generally Excluded:

    • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs (such as the quality, style, or content of AI chat responses or images), which are inherently variable.
    • Accidental purchases, change of mind, or misunderstanding of features that are documented in the Service.
  • How to Request a Refund:

    • Email [email protected] within 14 days of the transaction. Please include your account email, the transaction date, the order or receipt ID, and a brief explanation of the reason for the request.
    • We aim to respond within 10 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

    • We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
